I - The Urban Hermit, have been invited by iGURU! Teaching Systems, to lay out in my own inimitable style - their 'plans' and 'programs' for the 'Digital Space' / Dimension - which has been given the name - 'Metaverse.' For the true origins of this name - click here - and for its introduction online - click here - the i-SPIN "Mama Mia!" (Meta-Info Aggregates) was conceived in 2020 - backroom guys and gals are still working on its eventual launch, sometime this year. I understand, its delay is strategic as iGURU! Teaching Systems is still waiting to see where the 'Big Tech Cats' jump - before they launch their overlord!
Anyway - back to the task at hand, for Part One is to lay the foundation for the 'Digital Land Revolution!' - ('Digital Territory Program') - which will be regarded as an event greater than when man first rode a horse, first domesticated animals - first started to farm land and remained to defend it - first invented the plough, - first used stirrups on a horse - first made a bucket, first invented a wheelbarrow and first rode a bicycle etc... you get it!
THE DIGITAL LAND REVOLUTION!
As I am sure you appreciate, much of what I write in this and forthcoming articles, could be described as "classified information" / "data" - not "alphabet soup agency classified" - but "community intelligence agency" (CIA) ("classified") - for in truth:
"An intelligent community, does not need an intelligence community..."

In this article I shall lay the foundations for what are to be - 'The Fundamental Laws' / 'Principles' defining the 'territorial nature' of 'Digital Space-Time.'
You see - it is one thing to get some "nutty professors" - "mad scientists" and not nearly so mad - "scientific academics" - to speak to you of an 'idea' - yes the theoretical ideas underpinning the concepts of "infinite space" - "digital and cyber environments" - "hierarchical multiple Dimensions" and so on... which some Global Corporate Capitalists slobber over - salivate - because they have been told that somehow, these can be sold - as one would sell multi-storey office blocks - but all this remains just fanciful fantasy - and yes Big Tech has been suckered, for one is born every second as they say.
And so - let me predict - that such "suckers" / Big Tech Investors, will now slowly and secretively find ways to disgorge their investments, for the 'pink flying elephants' so loudly announced some months ago (Meta and its so called Metaverse - for info - click here) - will somehow now, have to land safely and be properly grounded on Planet Earth once more.
For there is some truth in what their predominantly "madmen" / scientists told them, but their predominantly "madmen" / scientists, neither had the "nous" nor the "intellectual acumen or ability" to translate their fairy tale of "Infinite Space Dimensions," which they equate with "Infinite Profits Forever" - into a - "working dream" - a working man / woman's reality!!! - For they are not concerned with that.
So what is required to commence this "Revolution of Revolutions," which should have happened decades ago, but now it starts and splutters - coughs and mutters? - yes Covid-19 too, features in all of this. For the "Great Reset" - must be set - to go - (on with the green light.) For the Revolution goes way beyond just Digital Land and working from home, it is a "Revolution in Consciousness" - for which many are ill-prepared.
'THE INTERNET LET'
The Internet Let is the digital vehicle of choice, selected by iGURU! Teaching Systems to be the vanguard of this "Digital Territorial Space Revolution" (DTSR) and so in this article, I shall define crisply and precisely this concept, for there shall be several further articles, which shall detail these ideas, but the seeds of these ideas, must first be sown here.
'THE DIGITAL LANDOWNER'
'The Digital Landowner' shall be defined as any 'digital entity' that can 'obtain,' 'sustain' and 'maintain,' a 'digital space' to the exclusion of all others.
'The Digital Landowner' shall in addition, be required to detail its 'proprietary interest' on its 'territory.'
This can be regarded as a 2 and 3 Dimensional 'expression of ownership,' to the exclusion of all others, unless permission by way of license or permit, is granted.
It is expected that there shall be created by iGURU! Teaching Systems, 'supervisory bodies' / 'rating agencies,' which shall monitor 'The Digital Landlord's' ability to honour the above commitment, understanding / agreement.
iGURU! Teaching Systems shall provide a 'rating system,' documented on a certificate or charter (3-Dimensional Space) or accessible online at one of its 'global registry offices' (2-Dimensional verification.)
'PROPERTY ADDRESSES'
'Property Addresses' shall be maintained in the usual manner, currently in operation on the World Wide Web. However, iGURU! Teaching Systems "Overlord Systems" - will provide a 'secondary' and 'semi-independent proof' of verification - until the global community is able to set up its own independent, overseeing network for 'Digital Territorial Properties.'
Given the current Transgeo-Political situation (see iGURU!'s - War, Politics & Diplomacy Index,) this cannot be expected to occur within the next few decades and so it is highly likely, that the iGURU! Teaching Systems 'semi independent system,' will be expected to develop greater independence and maybe even full independence, as the "Digital Territories Program" unfolds.
'TITLES AND TITLE DEEDS'
A 'title' in both dimensions (2nd & 3rd) shall be required as conclusive 'proof of ownership.' Claiming 1 Dimension only, shall be regarded as an "inchoate ownership" - "putative" or "incomplete ownership" - which can be completed by the various mechanisms, (orders and rules) set out in 'property title' claim protocols, for each respective Dimension.
As with all legal matters - these can ultimately be determined by a court having the appropriate 'jurisdictional qualifications' - the 'jurisdictional qualifications' - shall be determined by the relevant i-SPIN (Independent Separate Parallel INternet) relevant to any property claim.
Assuming a 'title' is satisfied in both 2nd and 3rd Dimensions, then full proprietary rights to the property can be enjoyed by the owner.
However, in view of the current "Metaverse debacle" - "Metaverse nonsense" - that is currently being displayed to the general public - iGURU! Teaching Systems has created its own 'Metaverse Hub' - to be rolled out later this year, so its Occupiers / Claimants / Title Holders, will be able to traverse the various i-SPIN's of 'Digital Territorial Land' and 'Internet Lets,' purchased through the iGURU! Teaching Systems 'Digital Territory Programs.'
They will be able to traverse the various i-SPINS using 1 web link routed through iGURU! Teaching Systems "Digital Archives & Repository - Links" (DAR-LINKS), which will be available to those who wish to subscribe to this service. Through such links, 'Title Holders' of iGURU! Teaching Systems 'digital properties,' will be able to enjoy their property - not just in real-time (3-Dimensional Space-Time) and through the "The Indexed Net 4.0," but on the 'Metaverse proper' as it shall then be styled - being a 'publicly owned' - 'public commons,' using your 'privately owned,' 'rented,' or 'communally owned' - VR headset.
